The fear of anxiety and the isolation from hiding it were becoming unbearable. She wanted so badly to reach out and tell someone what she was going through, but she felt too ashamed.


*Joe couldn’t move on. He’d experienced a trauma in his teenage years that he thought he’d put behind him, but that was until his recent breakup. All at once, he found himself spiraling into a dark place he hoped he’d left for good. He began shutting down, cutting himself off from the world and everyone in it.
The sense of drive and purpose that he once relied on had all but disappeared. Deep down, he started to question whether healing was even possible.

I know reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. My hope is that from the moment we connect, you feel safe, supported, and able to breathe a little easier.
I work with couples stuck in painful cycles, individuals navigating anxiety and depression, and people carrying trauma that still shows up in their daily lives.
What I love most is helping clients move from feeling overwhelmed or disconnected to feeling calmer, stronger, and more authentic to themselves.
My approach brings mindfulness, presence, and compassion into the room while also using proven tools from psychology to help you make lasting changes.
In our sessions, you can expect me to be warm, open, and REAL. I’ll listen without judgment while also gently challenging the patterns that keep you stuck.
